COMPACT THERMOFORMING CRUSHER MACHINE

Thermoforming machines are extremely compact. Thanks to the low chassis length, placement under the conveyor at the end of the line is possible. It works in perfect synchronization with the thermoforming machine.

Compact crushing machines are used for the in-line and automatic crushing of PP, PS and PET sheet waste shaped by the thermoforming method.

Manual feeding input is available along with automatic sheet feeding. Crushing of the plate up to 120 cm wide can be done.

The tractor unit in the special machine design has an inverter. The tractor unit, controlled from the automation screen, can operate at different speed settings and can be adjusted according to the output speed of the thermoforming machine. It is fully compatible with the thermoforming process with its movable attractive arms.

Operating and hourly energy costs are at the lowest level. Necessary precautions have been taken for the safety of the operator during use and maintenance. In order for the operator to work in the area, a cabin covered with special sound insulation material is applied.
